ERCA carries out the investigation and research specified in Paragraph 2, Article 10 of the Agency Law

ERCA implements investigation and research, and the collection, classification and provision of information, as well as training relating to the creation and maintenance of a favorable environment, in accordance with Paragraph 2, Article 10 of the Environmental Restoration and Conservation Agency Law.
|
|
|
This function discharges the role and responsibility of ERCA as the executive organ of environmental policy, fully utilizing the abilities of the Agency to attain the institutional purpose of creating and maintaining a favorable environment. Thereby, it contributes to the health and cultural welfare of the nation, both now and in the future, and also to the welfare of mankind.
