A: The funds and operation expenses for the JFGE are required by law (Environmental Restoration and Conservation Agency Law, Article 12) to be separate from the accounting for other business (e.g., managing facilities for environmental conservation) within the Environmental Restoration and Conservation Agency.
Accordingly, the funds donated by government and private citizens for the JFGE, the interest on this capital, and any further subsidies are set aside to be used in programs such as grants for the support of NGO environmental conservation activities and expenses for management and operation of these programs.
