Outline

Develop a circular economy for plastics while considering environmental sustainability at every stage of materials, manufacturing, collection, sorting and recycling.

• Develop advanced technologies by applying PLA-NETJ, highly qualifying recycled materials (Databank + Materials Informatics), compliance with EU regulations.
• Expand the recycled plastics usage to solve domestic plastic waste issues and furthermore improve the competitiveness of export products.
• Ensure early social implementation in cooperation with projects of related ministries.
• Promote “Circulation Science" to the world as a comprehensive knowledge encompassing polymer science, recycling technology, data science, social science, humanities, etc.
